April is stress awareness month…. Is there anyone out there who has never felt stressed?

We will look at how to manage stress and why it is so common.


Ending the working week with a holistic approach to well-being is crucial for maintaining balance and rejuvenating both mind and body. In today's fast-paced world, it's easy to get caught up in the demands of work and forget to prioritise self-care.

Taking time at the end of the week to focus on well-being allows us to unwind, destress, and recharge for the week ahead as well as be present on the weekends or time away from work.

Whether it's through meditation, exercise, spending time with loved ones, or engaging in creative activities, incorporating holistic practices into our end of the working week routine helps us transition into the weekend feeling refreshed and revitalised.
